Section 16-114-83 - Withdrawal of recognition

Recognition of the licensure and certification may be withdrawn after hearing pursuant to chapter 91, HRS, if the recognized appraiser is found to have violated the provisions of chapter 466K, HRS, or this chapter or if the appraiser's license or certificate is disciplined, revoked, suspended, or forfeited in another jurisdiction.
