Section 16-114-70 - State licensed appraiser

A state licensed appraiser is licensed to perform:

(1) Noncomplex one-to-four family residential property appraisals in connection with any federally related transaction or non-federally related transaction having a transaction value up to, but not including, $1,000,000;

(2) Other appraisals rendered in connection with any federally-related transaction or non-federally related transaction having a transaction value up to, but not including, $250,000; and

(3) Appraisals of rural properties where the rural property is a one-to-four family residential property where production of agricultural income is not significant or is primarily used for recreation or other non-income producing purposes.
