Each employment agency shall obtain and maintain in force a statutory surety bond with the director in the penal sum of $5000 that has been issued by a surety company admitted to conduct business in this state and as provided under section 373-4, HRS. The surety bond shall specifically provide that the surety shall be held liable for any violation by the licensee of chapter 373, HRS, as amended, and this chapter.
