Section 16-106-33 - Plan manager's account

A plan manager shall establish and maintain an account with a bank, savings and loan association, or trust company authorized to do business in this State for the deposit of any moneys received by the plan manager in connection with the management of the time share plan. An account with a bank, savings and loan association, or trust company doing business in another state may be established upon approval by the director.
