Section 16-106-45 - Evidence of compliance with county regulation required

The developer of a time share plan, in conjunction with the submission of an application for registration of a time share plan as required by chapter 514E, HRS, and this chapter, shall provide confirmation that each time share unit or time share plan is located in an area designated by the county for time share use; provided that no confirmation is required for preexisting time share units. Confirmation shall be provided on a form prescribed by the director and completed by the proper county authority not more than thirty days before the date of submission of the application.
