Section 16-100-22.1 - Requirements for license for a holder of a board certification awarded by the ABA

In addition to meeting the requirements under section 16-100-20, an applicant for licensure who holds a board certification issued by the ABA shall arrange to have sent directly to the board a credential verification letter from the ABA, dated within six months of the date of the application, indicating the applicant possesses the board certification in audiology, the date the certification was issued, and the applicant's ABA certification number.
