Section 14-52-84.1 - Transmittal of notices

All notices, statements, reports, and other communications from the plan administrator and third-party administrator to any employee or other person required or permitted under the plan shall be deemed to have been duly given when electronically mailed, hand delivered, or mailed via first class mail to the employee or other person at the address last appearing on the records of the employer.
