Section 14-51-73 - Physical or other disability

If the plan administrator shall find that any person to whom, or on behalf of whom, any amount is payable under this plan, is unable to care for such person's affairs because of illness or accident, or being a minor, or death, then any payment due such person shall be made to the person's estate. Any such payment shall be a complete discharge of the liability of the employer, the plan administrator, and this plan.
