Section 14-51-46 - Reliance on advisors

The plan administrator or any person to whom the plan administrator may delegate any duty or power in connection with administering this plan, and the employer and the elected and appointed officials, and employees thereof, shall be entitled to rely conclusively upon, and shall be fully protected in any action taken or suffered by them in good faith in reliance upon any actuary, accountant, consultant, counsel, or other person selected by the plan administrator.
