Section 14-51-11 - Eligibility

(a) A person shall be eligible to participate in this plan only:
(1) If the person is
employed by the State of Hawaii; and
(2) If the person is eligible for benefits
under a component plan.
(b) Eligibility shall commence on the date the employee first becomes eligible for benefits under a component plan.
