Section 13-209-5.6 - Parking fees

(a) The fee for parking a vehicle in the Ahihi-Kinau natural area reserve at the Kanahena lot, shown in Exhibit "1", in a space designated for such use shall be:
Nonresidents :_____________$5.00 per vehicle
Residents :_______________No charge
(b) For purposes of this section, the term "resident" means a resident of the State with a valid State of Hawaii identification card or State of Hawaii driver's license.
(b) All fees collected shall be deposited into the Natural Area Reserve Special Fund.
