Section 13-100-2 - Prohibited activities

No person shall:

(1) Fish for, catch, take, injure, or kill any o'opu or hinana with any gill, draw, drag, cross or seine net;

(2) Possess any gill, draw, drag, cross or seine net on or about the river/stream bank or in the water where o'opu or hinana can be taken; and

(3) Sell, or offer for sale, any o'opu or hinana, provided that any o'opu or hinana raised in private ponds or waters may be harvested and sold.
