Section 13-73-2 - Prohibited activities

No person, except as provided in § 13-73-3, shall:
(1) Attach, moor or tie any boat or other watercraft, or any rigging or structure to any fish aggregating device; or
(2) Board, deface, damage, remove, or destroy any fish aggregating device.
