Chapter 61 - NUUANU FRESHWATER FISH REFUGE, OAHU
Section 13-61-2 - Prohibited activities

No person shall enter the Nuuanu freshwater fish refuge except:

(1) When accompanied by an agent of the board; or

(2) With a permit issued by the board under such terms and conditions it deems necessary for education, scientific or other purposes not inconsistent with sections 187A-6 and 188-53, Hawaii Revised Statutes, provided that:

(A) The board may revoke any permit for any infraction of the terms and conditions of the permit, and

(B) A person whose permit was revoked shall not be eligible to apply for another permit until one year after the date of revocation.
