Section 13-50-1 - Definitions

As used in this chapter unless otherwise provided:

"Marks" means the lines painted on the Waimea recreational pier to delineate spaces to be occupied for fishing.

"Unattended Fishing Line" means a fishing line of which the rightful owner is not on the pier.

"Waimea Bay" means the bay located on the southern portion of the island of Kauai.

"Waimea Recreational Pier" means the public fishing pier located in Waimea bay.
