Chapter 49 - HANAMAULU BAY AND AHUKINI RECREATIONAL PIER, KAUAI
Section 13-49-1 - Definitions

As used in this chapter unless otherwise provided:

"Ahukini Recreational Pier" means the public fishing pier located in Hanamaulu bay.

"Hanamaulu Bay" means that bay located on the eastern portion of the island of Kauai.

"Zone 1" means that portion of Hanamaulu bay bounded by an imaginary straight line from the tip of the breakwater westward to point "A" and along the shoreline up to the highest wash of the waves, as delineated on "Map of Hanamaulu Bay and Ahukini Recreational Pier, Kauai" dated 2/2/01 attached at the end of this chapter.

"Zone 2" means that portion of Hanamaulu bay bounded by the breakwater and a seaward boundary delineated by a straiqht line drawn from the tip of the breakwater northwestward to Hanamaulu point as delineated on "Map of Hanamaulu Bay and Ahukini Recreational Pier, Kauai" dated 2/2/01 attached at the end of this chapter.
