(a) Any person violating the rules in this chapter shall be punished as provided in sections 6K-8 and 6K8.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
(b) Each day of each violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
(c) Each specimen of aquatic life, terrestrial life, mineral, archeological artifact, or other naturally occurring object removed or taken from the reserve shall be deemed a separate offense.
(d) Any costs to correct damages resulting from a violation of these rules shall be assessed and collected pursuant to sections 6K-8 and 6K-8.5, HRS.
