Section 13-242-8 - Police reports of boating accidents

Pursuant to section 200-27, Hawaii Revised Statutes, for the purpose of enforcement, it shall be incumbent upon the police chief of each political subdivision of the State to transmit to the department a copy of every investigation report hereafter submitted by any subordinate officers which relate to boating accidents involving vessels required to be numbered pursuant to these rules.
