Chapter 221.1 - EXISTING PRESSURE RETAINING ITEMS
Section 12-221.1-2 - Pressure retaining items improperly prepared for inspection

If a pressure retaining item is not properly prepared for a required inspection, or if the owner or user fails to comply with the inspection requirements, the inspector may decline to make the inspection or test. The operating permit shall be withheld, or right to operate revoked, until the owner or user complies with the requirements.
