Section 12-220-7 - Working pressure for existing installations

Subject to approval by the department, any inspector may decrease the working pressure on any existing installation if the condition of the pressure retaining item warrants. If the owner or user does not concur with the-inspector's decision, the owner or user may appeal to the director pursuant to section 12-220-33.1.
