Section 12-220-5 - Installation of used pressure retaining items

Used or second-hand pressure retaining items, when installed in this jurisdiction, shall require the owner to provide in-service inspection reports for at least the last five years and copy of any report of repairs and alterations. These pressure retaining items shall be equipped with fittings and appurtenances that comply with the requirements for new installations.
