(a) Certificate of fitness.
(1) Individuals applying for a certificate of
fitness shall pay an examination fee of $150.
(2) The renewal fee for a certificate of
fitness shall be $50 and shall be paid at the time of renewal.
(b) All fees shall be nonrefundable.
