(a) Any individual submitting an application to the director to become a certified safety and health professional in accordance with section 12-50-7, shall pay an application fee of $50, and upon acceptance, shall pay a certification fee of $300. Any certified individual may apply for renewal of the certificate by paying a fee of $100.
(b) All fees shall be nonrefundable.
