Section 12-53-10 - Requests for hearing on applications

(a) Within the twenty day time period allowed by a notice of the filing of an application, any affected employer or employee may file with the director, a written request for a hearing on the application.
(b) A request for a hearing filed pursuant to subsection (a) above shall include:
(1) A concise statement of facts showing how
the employer or employee would be affected by the relief for which the
application was made;
(2) A
specification of any statement or representation in the application which is
being challenged, and a concise summary of the evidence rebutting any statement
or representation made within the application with specific reference to the
statement or representation being challenged; and
(3) Any views or arguments on any issue of
fact or law presented.
