Section 12-53-3 - Public notice of a granted variance

(a) Every final action granting a variance shall be published for general circulation in the State at least once within three weeks following the action. Every final action shall specify the alternative to the standard involved which the particular variance permits.

(b) The applicant shall pay for the publication cost of publishing the granted variance notice as required in section 12-56-3 prior to the public notice being published.
