Section 12-50-6 - Computation of time

(a) The time in which any act required by these rules is computed by excluding the first day and including the last, except for the computation of the number of days a violation continued unabated. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, it is also excluded.

(b) The number of days a violation continues to be unabated shall be computed from the day following the abatement date specified in the citation or the final order. It shall include all calendar days between that date and the date of reinspection, excluding the date of reinspection.
