Section 12-6-20 - Sanctions for nonperformance

(a) The director may cancel the contract for nonperformance by the training provider or employer; unsatisfactory performance by the contractor or training provider, such as frequent delays or cancellations of training activities; or failing to perform any of its contractual obligations. Sanctions imposed by the director may include barring the training provider or employer from participating in the program for specified periods of time.

(b) Action may be initiated for the recoupment of funds and other appropriate remedies.
