Section 12-6-19 - Reports and monitoring

(a) Training providers and employers who receive macro funds under this chapter shall submit interim status reports and a final report as specified in the contract or agreement.
(1) The interim reports shall
contain information that will enable the department to determine the extent to
which the project's objectives are being achieved and to determine the
financial status of the project.
(2) The final report shall contain
information on the accomplishments of the project, summary of costs, and an
evaluation of the project that includes recommendations for future courses of
action.
(b) The department shall monitor the projects; interim reports may be used to determine the need for on-site visits or periodic meetings.
(c) Training providers or vendors who provide micro training shall submit interim status reports to determine whether individual trainees met the objectives of section 12-6-1.
