Section 12-47-27 - Consolidation or separation

The board, upon its own initiative or upon motion, may consolidate for hearing two or more proceedings that involve the same parties or related questions of fact or law or may separate matters in issue for hearing in two or more separate proceedings, if it finds that consolidation or separation will be conducive to the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of the proceedings.
