Section 12-46-16 - Compliance review and reports

(a) Proof of a respondent's compliance with the applicable chapter or part of HRS in accordance with the terms of the predetermination settlement, conciliation agreement, or order shall be obtained by the commission's executive director before the case is closed.

(b) In order to obtain proof of compliance, the commission's executive director may require any party to submit to it reports that the commission deems necessary to show the manner of compliance with the terms of the predetermination settlement, conciliation agreement, or order.
