Section 14.8.1.3.1 is amended to read as follows: "14.8.1.3.1 When approved by the AHJ, the occupant load in any building or portion thereof shall be permitted to be increased from the occupant load established for the given use in accordance with Section 14.8.1.2 where all other requirements of this Code are also met, based on such increased occupant load."
