Section 63.4.13.1.2 is amended to read as follows: "Tank vehicles transporting cryogenic fluids shall not be left unattended on any residential street or within 500 feet of any residential area, apartment or hotel complex, educational, hospital or care facility at any time; or at any other place or location that would present a hazard to persons or property from fire loss.
EXCEPTION: When unattendance is necessary in connection with unloading the vehicle or servicing tanks; or when in case of accident or other emergency, the operator must leave the vehicle to obtain assistance."
