Section 12-45.2-120 - Latch-open device

Section 42.2.7.4.3 is amended by adding a new subsection to read as follows: "42.2.7.4.3.2 The hose nozzle valve shall not be equipped with an integral latchopen device where dispensing of Class I, II or III-A liquids is performed by someone other than a qualified attendant. The placement of a foreign object(s), that allows the fuel dispensing lever to remain in the open position, is prohibited at all times."
