Section 12-43-117 - Report of mediator and parties

(a) The mediator shall, either orally or in writing, report the progress of mediation efforts, as well as the terms of the settlement of the dispute, if any, if so requested by the board.

(b) The parties shall immediately report to the board the following circumstances as each occurs:

(1) The date of a tentative agreement and whether the terms thereof are confidential between the parties, including the basis for a claim of confidentiality;

(2) The ratification or failure of ratification of a tentative agreement;

(3) The signing of a tentative agreement;

(4) The terms of a tentative agreement; or

(5) On or about the fiftieth day of impasse, the failure of mediation.
