Section 12-43-65 - Hearing

The hearing on the merits of a case or a hearing on a dispositive motion shall be held not less than ten nor more than forty days after the filing of a complaint or amended complaint; except that the board may continue the scheduled hearing date to accommodate settlement discussions, discovery, mediation of the dispute, scheduling conflicts, hearings on motions, or other situations that may arise.
