Section 12-43-26 - Agreed statement of facts

In any proceeding, the parties may agree to a statement of facts to be introduced into the record with respect to any issue. The board may accept an agreed statement of facts without a hearing on the merits. The parties to an agreed statement of facts may stipulate to waive the holding of a hearing on the merits.
