Section 12-43-255 - Disposition of injunctive relief

Upon the hearing on the complaint giving rise to the temporary relief or restraining order pursuant to section 380-14(b) and (c), HRS, if the board dismisses the complaint, in whole or in part, the board shall promptly suggest to the circuit court which issued the temporary relief or restraining order the possible change in circumstances arising out of the findings and conclusions of the board.
