Section 12-43-254 - Hearing on complaint following injunctive relief

Whenever temporary relief or a restraining order has been obtained by the board pursuant to section 380-14(b) and (c), HRS, the complaint which had been the basis for such temporary relief or restraining order shall be given priority by the board over all other cases except cases of like character.
