Section 12-43-253 - Petition for injunctive relief

If, after investigation, the board has reasonable cause to believe that the charges contained in the complaint are true, it shall petition any circuit court of the State within any circuit where the alleged unfair labor practice in question has occurred, or is alleged to have occurred, or wherein the person or persons reside or transact business, for appropriate relief pending final adjudication of the board with respect to the matter in accordance with and subject to the provisions of section 380-14(c), HRS.
