Section 12-43-251 - Preliminary investigation

Whenever it is charged that a person has engaged in an unfair labor practice within the meaning of section 377-7(5), (6), (7), (8), and (9), HRS, the board shall conduct a preliminary investigation and the investigation shall be given priority over all other cases except cases of like character.
