Section 12-43-250 - Filing a complaint

When a complaint is filed with the board pursuant to section 380-14(b) and (c), HRS, and after conducting the preliminary investigation provided for in this section, the board may petition any circuit court of the State within any circuit where the unfair labor practice is alleged to have occurred, or where the person or persons reside or transact business for appropriate temporary relief or restraining order. Upon the filing of the complaint, the court shall serve notice upon the respondents.
