Section 12-43-206 - Election results and objections

Any party to the proceeding may file objections to the conduct of the election or conduct affecting the results of the election within five days after receipt of a copy of the election certification. The objections shall be in writing and contain a brief statement of the facts upon which the objections are based. The original, with proof of service upon all parties, shall be signed and filed with the board. The board may hold a hearing upon due notice and shall decide the validity of the objections before proceeding to a final determination.
