Section 12-43-203 - Hearing to determine bargaining unit

If it appears to the board that the petition presents a question concerning the determination of a collective bargaining unit, the board shall hold a hearing upon notice to all parties. The hearing procedure shall be governed by the provisions of subchapter 2. The board shall determine the facts necessary for the determination of the appropriate bargaining unit. Upon completion of the hearing, the board shall issue a decision regarding the appropriate bargaining unit.
