Section 12-43-201 - Determination of collective bargaining unit and election of collective bargaining representative

A petition for determination of a collective bargaining unit and election of collective bargaining representative pursuant to section 377-5(b) and (c), HRS, may be filed by an employee, group of employees, an individual or labor organization acting in their behalf, or an employer in the case of jurisdictional disputes, or where a union has requested recognition.
