Section 12-43-190 - Certification of representative

Upon a finding by the board or hearings officer that all of the requirements for certification by authorization cards have been satisfied, the board shall certify the petitioner as the exclusive representative of the appropriate unit. The board shall issue a copy of the certificate to the employer and so notify the parties.
