Section 12-41-64 - Petition for injunctive relief

If, after investigation, the board or its hearings officer has reasonable cause to believe that the charges contained in the complaint ere true, and that there exists probable cause for the issuance of injunctive relief by the courts, as provided by section 380-14, HRS, it shall petition any circuit court of the State within any circuit where the unfair labor practice in question has occurred, or is alleged to have occurred, or wherein such person or persons reside or transact business, for appropriate injunctive relief pending the final adjudication of the board with respect to such matter in accordance with and subject to the provisions of section 380-14(c), HRS.
