Section 12-41-61 - Filing of complaint

Whenever a complaint is filed with the board pursuant to section 380-14(b) and (c), HRS, the board may petition any circuit court of the State within the circuit wherein the unfair labor practice in question is alleged to have occurred or wherein the person or persons reside or transact business for appropriate temporary relief or restraining order. Upon the filing of the complaint, the board shall cause it to be served immediately upon the respondent.
