Any party who disagrees with or is aggrieved by a decision of the director may request in writing to the director for a reconsideration of the decision within twenty days from the date of the decision. The director's decision shall be final unless the appellant appeals to the labor and industrial relations appeals board within twenty days from the date of the director's decision. If still dissatisfied, the appellant may further appeal the board's decision to the state supreme court within thirty days from the date of the board's written decision.
