Section 12-10-102 - Mailing of preliminary decision

A preliminary decision shall be mailed to the injured employee and the employer or the insurer or the adjuster of the employer. Preliminary decisions shall also be mailed to the employee's and the employer's designated representative provided a letter of representation is on file with the department. Requests for preliminary decisions by other parties of interest shall be in writing and approved by the injured employee, employer, the respective designated representatives, or director for each preliminary decision.
