(a) The director, after due notice and an opportunity for a hearing, may suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue or renew a license to any person because of failure to meet the requirements of this chapter.
(b) Any person affected by the director's decision for denial, suspension, or revocation, may appeal in accordance with the law.
